who specialized in Commercial Retail Real Estate.
L2 Partners and Bicentenario, have been Investing in essential retail commercial real estate for the last 25 years, both in the US and Latam.
After 4 years investing together, they decided to join forces, founding L2B Invest, a specialist real estate manager and expand their offering.
At L2B Invest, we currently manage over US$286mn in assets, under two funds, in partnership with Chilean family offices and Banchile, Chile’s largest Asset Manager.
